One of the first Bible activities we did, was to create the scene of Adam and Eve’s fall. It was simple, and the main prop was the evil snake. I cut strips of paper for her and she put it together with tape and drew eyes on it. We then placed the snake in one of our decorative trees.
We then did a mini skit, and she played the part of Eve. She asked me to repeat this mini play several times during the week.
Kids really enjoy acting out stories and pretend play. It sure helps them remember the stories and the moral behind it. A year later, and she stills remember this activity.
