A few weeks ago, while searching on the web for some resources for the ministry I work with, I was delighted to encounter with Kids Bible Info. It is a website with free interactive biblical games and bible studies. I requested to receive the kids’ bible study guides by mail for Estefania. The way it works is that the child completes a couple of lessons and mails back the answer sheets, and after Kids Bible Info receives it, they sent the others. It includes a total of 14 lessons and each lesson comes with a colorful study guide, answer sheet and activity sheet.
We received the first two lessons, so I’m assuming they send two at a time:
I like that an envelope is included to send back the answering sheets, everything else is for the child to keep. Of course, all we need to add is a stamp.
One of the activities for the first lesson, which was about Creation, was to make a man out of modeling clay or play dough. The purpose was to mimic how God created men and the enjoyment he must have experienced, with the difference, that only God can give life. Estefania asked me to model Adam for her:
Estefania wanted to make Eve:
Since there are 14 lessons, and it takes about 4 to 6 weeks for them to deliver the next ones once they received the answer sheets, we will most likely be working on these study guides for the remaining of the year. It’s nice, because it is a little “spice up” to our Bible class. I will be updating along as we complete the lessons.
Have a blessed day!
